People Talento HR Consultancy DWC LLC is a UAE-based HR & talent consultancy offering executive search & recruitment, UAE business setup & formation, fractional HR services, and personal branding & executive presence — helping companies build strong teams and set up right from day one, across industries including construction, real estate, fintech, and more.On behalf of our client, a well-established construction/engineering firm in the UAE, we're hiring an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a construction project from planning through handover.What you'll own — full project lifecycle:Planning & SchedulingDevelop, manage, and update the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS ProjectDefine scope, sequencing, resource and manpower planningCoordinate design, procurement, and construction timelines with all stakeholdersSite & Field OperationsFull on-site presence — oversee daily site activities, progress, and workforce productivitySupervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teamsResolve on-site issues in real time — you make the call when work needs to stop or change directionCost & Commercial ControlManage project budget, cost tracking, forecasting, and value engineering inputOversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor packagesAdminister contracts (FIDIC or similar forms), review and process change orders, variations, and payment applicationsNegotiate subcontractor and vendor agreementsQuality, Safety & ComplianceEnforce HSE standards and site safety protocols (NEBOSH/IOSH-aligned practices)Ensure work complies with UAE building codes and local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, RTA, ADM, or relevant emirate authority)Oversee quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes and ISO-aligned standardsManage inspections, snagging, and non-conformance resolutionDigital Tools & DocumentationUse BIM coordination tools (Revit, Navisworks) where applicable to resolve design clashesManage project documentation and workflow through Procore, Aconex, or similar document control platformsPrepare cost/progress dashboards (Power BI or equivalent reporting tools) for leadershipMaintain RFIs, submittals, and full project records through to closeoutClient & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for the client, consultants, architects, and authoritiesLead progress meetings and issue regular status, cost, and forecast reportsManage client expectations and escalations professionally and proactivelyTeam LeadershipLead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, and HSE personnelFoster a safety-first, accountability-driven site culture across a multicultural workforceWhat you bring:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline5–10 years of hands-on experience managing construction projects end-to-end, ideally including exposure to large-scale or landmark developmentsProficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools (Revit/Navisworks a plus), and MS OfficeWorking knowledge of document control platforms (Procore/Aconex) and reporting toolsSolid understanding of FIDIC contracts, procurement, and cost control principlesPMP, NEBOSH, or IOSH certification is a strong advantageStrong leadership — comfortable directing site teams and subcontractors, confident with clients and authoritiesEnglish fluency required; Hindi or Arabic is a bonus, not a mustTo apply, please include:Your CVA short portfolio or project list — the projects you've managed, your role, and the approximate value/scale of each project (this helps us match you to the right opportunity faster)What's in it for you:AED 10,000–15,000/month, based on experienceEmployment visa + medical insurance provided30 days annual leaveOne return ticket home after completing your first yearFull ownership of a project — not just a supporting roleSchedule: 6 days a week, Sundays off.📩 To apply, please complete this short form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScLwNzt8tIubPBWvtmyG-PJrungBsOatZtPqVHlAy9HUqhWgg/viewform?usp=header Reach us at hello@peopletalento.com
