Project Manager – Construction (Towers & Buildings)

INFYA Spaces is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join as Project Manager – Construction, overseeing delivery on towers and building projects.This role owns the client relationship on live construction projects – attending progress meetings, tracking delivery from an overall/portfolio perspective, coordinating closely with the site team, and reporting progress back to clients with clear, well-structured communication.The ideal candidate is delivery-focused and relationship-driven, aiming to make the client’s life easier throughout the project in order to win repeat and additional project awards. Fluent English is essential; Arabic is not required.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & Delivery• Track assigned construction projects (towers/buildings) from an overall, portfolio-level perspective• Oversee project timelines and coordinate resourcing together with the site team• Ensure projects progress on schedule and within scopeClient & Stakeholder Management• Attend all client progress meetings• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout construction• Report progress to clients using clear, well-structured communication• Proactively fulfill client requirements to strengthen the relationship and support future project awardsSite Coordination• Follow up regularly with the site team for progress updates• Escalate and help resolve site-level issues affecting schedule or client commitments• Monitor quality and safety compliance at a management levelDocumentation & Reporting:• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports• Provide regular status updates to senior managementQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering• Project management certification (e.g. PMP) – an advantage, not requiredExperience• 7–10 years of project management experience in construction, specifically towers/buildings• Proven track record managing client relationships throughout project delivery• Experience coordinating with site teams and contractors on live construction projectsSkills & Competencies:• Perfect / fluent English required (Arabic not mandatory)• Strong, structured written and verbal reporting skills• Strong leadership and cross-team coordination ability• Client relationship management focused on repeat business• Proficiency in MS Project and related project management tools
