This position involves planning and tracking project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring deliverables align with client objectives and brand guidelines. The role includes organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital assets within the DAM system, facilitating smooth access for internal teams and stakeholders. The coordinator will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and logistics teams, communicate project status, and proactively resolve any issues that may impact quality or deadlines. The successful candidate will support continuous improvement of workflows, documentation, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.Expeditor and Expediting experience to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of project components.Inspection skills to review assets and deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance with brand standards.Logistics Management capabilities to handle scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination between internal and external parties.Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems or similar content repositories.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working on-site in Dubai and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
