Project Manager – Data Centres | Western SydneyUp to $300k package + bonus | Depending on experienceAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing data centre owner-operator with a strong pipeline of secured projects across Western Sydney.With significant growth ahead, this is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering large-scale, mission-critical data centre developments within one of the fastest-growing sectors of the construction industry.Working alongside an experienced team, you will take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion, managing head contractors, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.The business offers long-term project certainty, a strong pipeline of work and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of its data centre portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of major data centre projects across Western Sydney.Manage head contractors, subcontractors, consultants and key project stakeholders.Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement, risk management and reporting.Coordinate complex building services, construction activities and mission-critical infrastructure.Ensure projects meet safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives.Identify and mitigate project risks while driving performance across all stages of delivery.Work closely with internal teams to support the successful execution of the development pipeline.About YouMinimum 8+ years’ experience within the construction industry.Proven experience delivering data centre projects is essential.Ideally, a background working directly for a head contractor or builder.Strong understanding of project delivery, construction methodologies, programme management and commercial controls.Experience coordinating complex building services and mission-critical infrastructure.Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.A proactive approach with the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.The OpportunityJoin a growing data centre platform with a substantial pipeline of secured projects, offering long-term career prospects and the opportunity to deliver significant developments in the mission-critical sector.Remuneration: Up to $300k package + bonus, depending on experience.If you have a strong background in data centre project delivery and are looking for your next opportunity with a growing owner-operator, get in touch for a confidential discussion.
