Project Manager (Design & Construction) Luxury Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a world-class luxury hospitality organization, supporting the delivery of high-end developments across an international portfolio.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing environment, where design excellence, attention to detail, and premium standards are at the core of every project.As a key member of the project team, you will play a critical role in delivering complex design and construction projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept through to completion, while maintaining the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle, from concept design through construction, commissioning, and handoverDefine project scope, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies in collaboration with stakeholdersCoordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and external partners throughout all project phasesManage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulations and standardsOversee tendering, procurement, and contractor selection processesMonitor construction progress, quality, and site activities through regular site visitsManage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reportingEnsure alignment between design intent, operational needs, and delivery timelinesAct as the main point of contact for project-related communicationPrepare and present progress updates to senior stakeholdersOversee project close-out, including documentation, commissioning, and final handoverQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience in design and construction project managementProven track record delivering high-end fit-out or construction projects within luxury hospitality, retail, or similar sectorsStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, design processes, and regulatory frameworksProficiency in project management tools and reporting systemsExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsWhat We Look ForStrong leadership and ownership of complex projectsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to operate in a fast-paced, international environmentA collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skillsProactive problem-solving and decision-making abilityProfessionalism, adaptability, and a results-driven approach
