Project Manager – Design

We are looking for a client-focused, highly communicative Project Manager – Design to join 100 Architects and support the studio’s project portfolio across the MENA region.This role sits at the intersection of design and client management – attending meetings with designers, supporting and clarifying client requirements, and processing all related project documentation from proposal through completion.The ideal candidate holds an architectural background, is comfortable following and contributing to design-led discussions, and can credibly represent the studio’s ability to also construct what it designs, in partnership with our sister company, INFYA Construction.Key Responsibilities:Project & Client Coordination• Join meetings with designers and clients across the MENA project portfolio, representing 100 Architects• Support and clarify client requirements to the design team throughout the project lifecycle• Follow up proactively with clients on project status, feedback, and open items• Maintain and grow existing client relationshipsDesign & Technical Coordination• Engage meaningfully in design discussions, drawing on an architectural background• Act as the link between designers and clients to keep design intent and client expectations aligned• Identify opportunities where a design project could be awarded to the group for construction, and coordinate handover to the INFYA Construction Project ManagerDocumentation & Reporting• Process and manage all project documentation: submissions, invoices, contracts, and quotations• Maintain organized, up-to-date project files/trackers across the MENA portfolio• Provide regular project status updates to studio leadershipBusiness Development Support• Support selling the group’s combined design + construction capability during client conversations• Assist in preparing technical/commercial input where a design project may convert into a build opportunityQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or a closely related design field)• Project management certification (e.g. PMP) – an advantage, not requiredExperience• 7–10 years of project management / project coordination experience within an architecture or design studio• Proven experience managing client relationships on design projects across the MENA region• Experience preparing and processing project documentation (submissions, invoices, contracts, quotations)Skills & Competencies• Fluent Arabic and fluent English – both mandatory (minimum requirement)• Smooth, confident, client-facing communication style• Solid understanding of the architectural design process, able to follow discussions in design meetings• Highly organized; comfortable managing documentation across multiple concurrent projects• Proficiency with project management / documentation tools
