Project Manager (Digital & Automation Solutions)

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital, automation and technology solutions.The role will manage projects across areas such as digital guest experience, digital concierge, robotics and automation solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and external partners.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning and solution implementation through testing, deployment and project closure, ensuring delivery is completed on time, within budget and aligned with business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of digital, automation and technology projects from initiation through implementation and closure. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and key milestones. Manage multiple project workstreams and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and requirements. Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues and dependencies. Manage project scope and change requests while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Prepare project documentation, status reports and regular management updates. Solution ImplementationCoordinate solution design, implementation, system integration, testing and deployment activities. Support the implementation of digital concierge, guest experience, robotics and automation solutions. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business readiness and deployment activities. Ensure successful system integration and operational readiness. Support post-implementation activities, project handover and closure. Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementWork closely with business users, hotel operations, technology teams, vendors and external partners. Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams. Manage vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines. Facilitate project meetings and communicate project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders. RequirementsDegree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of project management experience. Experience delivering projects involving one or more of the following: Digital transformation Hospitality technology Customer or guest experience solutions Robotics or automation solutions Intelligent technology solutions Strong experience managing projects from planning through implementation and closure. Good understanding of system implementation, integration, testing and deployment. Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills. Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and resources. Strong communication, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent certification would be an advantage. Preferred ExperienceDigital concierge or customer self-service solutions. Mobile applications or digital guest experience platforms. Hotel or hospitality technology solutions. Robotics or automation implementation. Technology system integration.
