Opportunity to join a digital bank in the UAE and work on projects within the evolving Digital Assets spaceHybrid Project Management + Business Analysis role with end-to-end project involvementDubai-based opportunity offering valuable international and Middle East banking exposureWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be based in Dubai, supporting projects within the Digital Assets space.This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable managing projects end-to-end while also taking on Business Analysis responsibilities when required.Professionals based across Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia, the wider Asia-Pacific region, and the Middle East are welcome to apply.[Mandarin proficiency is required due to the needs of the assigned client portfolio]Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are effectively managedCoordinate cross-functional teams and drive project milestones and deliverablesIdentify project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plansProvide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholdersPrepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, scope documents and status reportsFacilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and project reviewsPerform hands-on Business Analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation and coordination with business and technology stakeholdersSupport project budgeting, forecasting and financial trackingThe ideal candidate should be/have: 6 to 8 years of Project Management or related experienceDigital Assets experience is essentialStrong Project Management and Business Analysis capabilitiesPMP / PRINCE2 or other relevant Project Management certificationStrong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently while being a collaborative team playerComfortable taking on both PM and BA responsibilities in a hands-on environmentIf you have strong Project Management experience within Digital Assets / Blockchain / Crypto / related financial technology environments and are interested in exploring an opportunity in Dubai, we would be keen to hear from you!
