Project Manager – Digital Product

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Digital Product to lead the development and lifecycle management of digital services and products within a large-scale smart mobility environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital product/project lifecycle, from strategy and business case through delivery and launch.Define product vision, scope, roadmaps, priorities, KPIs and success metrics.Act as Product Owner, managing customer journeys, product backlogs and Agile delivery.Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget and quality standards.Develop business cases, financial studies and project plans.Drive UX, customer journey improvements, accessibility and digital service adoption.Manage APIs, platform integrations, cloud-native solutions and digital ecosystems.Monitor service performance, vendor deliverables and benefits realization.Oversee UAT, service transition, user training and post-launch reviews.Research and apply global digital product and smart mobility practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.10+ years of experience in digital product/project management.Experience in digital transformation, smart mobility, transportation systems or digital platforms.Strong experience in MaaS, platform integration and service design.Good technical understanding of APIs, microservices and cloud-native platforms.Experience with Agile/PMO methodologies and Product Ownership.PMP certification is required; Agile/Product Owner certification is an advantage.Public-sector or large-scale digital transformation experience is preferred.Strong stakeholder management, leadership, analytical and presentation skills.
