Job Description – Implementation Specialist/Project Manager | UAE E-Invoicing Implementation Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead UAE E-Invoicing implementation and digital compliance transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to drive successful project delivery across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end UAE e-invoicing implementation projects. • Coordinate with finance, tax, IT, product, implementation, and customer teams. • Drive project planning, execution, UAT, and go-live readiness. • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and status reporting. • Manage project documentation, compliance tracking, and post-go-live support. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation. • Drive outcomes proactively rather than only task tracking. Required Experience & Skills •6–12 years of project management experience Digital transformation o Fintech o Tax technology o Compliance platforms o SaaS o System integration o Enterprise implementation projects • Strong experience in managing cross-functional and client-facing projects. • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. • Ability to manage complex implementations and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas will be an added advantage: • E-invoicing • VAT systems • AP/AR processes • Billing & payments • Reconciliation systems • Audit trails • API/SFTP integrations • Government reporting platforms
