Project Manager ELV & AV

We are hiring a Project Manager on behalf of a leading technology solutions company specializing in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and AV (Audio Visual) systems based in Riyadh, delivering integrated technology solutions across the Middle East. With expertise in system design, supply, installation, and integration, the company serves a diverse range of commercial and specialized projects, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities and ActivitiesProduction and agreement of project specific Execution Plans with Planner.Facilitate and document project kick off meetings to establish a full understanding of the Contracted requirements by the project team.Produce fully resourced project plans and deliverable schedules for each technical discipline including suppliers and subcontractor responsibilities that align with the key milestones, Sectional completion dates and deadlines to enable accurate performance tracking and on time completion of each section.Maintain risk registers for all stages of the project and recommend/implement mitigating actions.Maintain programme to monitor progress and change based on deliverables and milestones.Carry out regular financial reviews and update the relevant systems to reflect the actual cost to completion status of the project.Implement the monthly application, follow up process to ensure on time payment of invoices, and enhanced cash flow.Carry out a minimum of fortnightly review meetings with the team and track outputs and actions utilising the project documents.Produce a monthly project overview report for review by the Head of Projects/Senior Management. to include: (Programme, Financial, Contractual Technical, Risks, Supplier issues, Client Relationship)Take the lead role in the design process meetings with Civil Contractors and produce actions and minutes for issue to all parties.Mange the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with the processes and the requirements identified within the contract AgreementManage the performance of Subcontractors and suppliers.Manage the implementation of H&S requirements in accordance with current legislation and the procedures specified within the contract. Implement measures to ensure compliance with the internal Quality Procedures and the Clients Quality assurance. Experience/QualificationsBachelor of Electrical, Electronic, or Communication Engineering.3-5 years experience as Project Manager.Proven Experience in managing ELV & AV Projects.Management of large multi disciplined, integrated Security Projects.Has the ability to interpret specifications and contract requirements and deliver fully compliant solutions and execution plans. Has a proven ability to lead a major projects design and delivery team.Has proven ability to control project costs, manage change, identify and mitigate risk.Provides detailed financial performance reports and forecasts to an advanced level.Good organisational skills, Experience of working within operations teams, able to plan and communicate well with the team, Suppliers and customers. Prince 2 Methodology, PMP, PMI, and AMP certified candidates preferable, not essential Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
