Project Manager – ELV / ICT

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 3–5 YearsAbout the RoleEEC is looking for an experienced Project Manager – ELV / ICT to take full ownership of ELV and ICT projects from initiation and planning through execution, testing & commissioning, handover, and closeout.Due to the nature and locations of EEC's projects, we are looking for a candidate who is flexible, willing, and able to travel, relocate, and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia based on project requirements.The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, client and consultant management, project planning, commercial follow-up, risk management, subcontractor performance, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of assigned ELV/ICT projects from mobilization to final handover and closeoutLead project planning, execution, monitoring, and deliveryAct as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, main contractors, and key stakeholdersLead project progress and coordination meetingsDevelop and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and execution plansMonitor project budgets, costs, commitments, invoicing, and commercial performanceIdentify and manage project risks, delays, variations, and potential commercial impactsSupport Variation Orders (VOs), claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) requirementsManage subcontractor and supplier performanceOversee engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handoverEnsure compliance with contractual requirements, HSE, and QA/QC proceduresQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field3–5 years of relevant ELV / ICT project management experiencePrevious experience managing a complete project or major project work package is preferredStrong client and consultant-facing experienceGood understanding of budgeting, cost control, procurement, BOQ, and commercial processesExperience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is preferredStrong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skillsPrevious project experience in Saudi Arabia is preferredMust be willing and able to travel, relocate, and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia based on project requirementsPreferred CertificationsPMP or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
