Project Manager - Facade & Glazing

About the OpportunityAn established Façade & Glazing Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing operation in Miami. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of South Florida's most prestigious and technically complex projects, overseeing large-scale curtain wall, window wall, storefront, structural glass, and building envelope packages.The company has built a strong reputation within the Façade industry and is currently managing a portfolio of high-profile projects valued in the tens of millions of dollars. From luxury high-rise developments to landmark commercial towers, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects that shape skylines and leave a lasting impact on the built environment.The RoleAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Façade and glazing projects from award through completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, general contractors, fabrication teams, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex projects and wants to be involved in some of the most exciting Façade developments currently underway in South Florida.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Façade and glazing projects from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration.Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, general contractors, and internal teams.Review contracts, specifications, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.Monitor project financial performance and maintain accurate cost reporting.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.Support field operations to ensure successful project execution and delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience within the Façade, glazing, curtain wall, cladding, or building envelope industry.Experience managing commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or high-rise projects.Strong understanding of curtain wall, window wall, storefront, rainscreen, and architectural glass systems.Experience managing projects valued at $10M+.Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management skills.Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary and performance-based bonus.Opportunity to work on landmark Façade projects across South Florida.Exposure to technically challenging building envelope packagesStrong project pipeline with long-term stability.Clear opportunities for progression within a growing organisation.Collaborative environment backed by experienced operations, engineering, and field leadership teams.Apply TodayIf you're a Façade or Glazing Project Manager looking to deliver skyline-defining projects and advance your career with a leading building envelope contractor, we'd like to hear from you.
