Project Manager (Fit-Out | Dubai)

We are seeking a Project Manager with proven expertise in managing complex fit-out projects in Dubai. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and closeout within budget and timelines.
• Manage consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality delivery.
• Oversee authority approvals and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, risk assessments, and reporting.
• Drive value engineering, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.🎓 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience, including at least 6 years in the UAE fit-out industry.
