Project Manager - Fit Out Luxury Villas

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of prestigious ultra-luxury residential developments. This role is ideal for a highly driven construction professional with a strong engineering background and proven experience managing high-end villa projects for discerning clients.This is a full-time, site-based role requiring exceptional project leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to oversee projects from inception through handover while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 8-12 years of project management experience within luxury residential, high-end villa, or premium hospitality developments.Proven experience managing high-end fit-out projects, luxury villas, private residences, or premium hospitality developments.Strong site-based project management and construction execution experience.Solid technical and engineering background with the ability to review drawings and specifications.Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to work with high-profile clients and demanding project environments.Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.Full-time site-based role.Preferred BackgroundExperience with luxury villa developers, high-end design-and-build contractors, or premium residential construction firms.Exposure to ultra-luxury residential projects, private estates, waterfront villas, or signature residential developments.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects where quality, craftsmanship, and client expectations are paramount.
