Project Manager (Fit Out) - Real Estate

Apply & track with Apply Edge- Lead the delivery of high-end residential fit-out projects from construction through handover.
- Manage contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project programme, budget, quality, and overall progress.
- Coordinate design, fit-out, MEP, and specialist works.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and resolve project, technical, and coordination issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong PMC or client-side consultancy background.
- 7+ years of proven experience delivering high-end residential projects, including luxury villas, mansions and premium residential developments.
- Strong understanding of both design development and construction delivery.
- Experience coordinating architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors.
- Ability to manage projects from design through to completion and handover.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
