Project Manager - Fit out (Riyadh based)

We actively build a positive and collaborative working environment by bringing in people who encourage and support their teammates, take full ownership, proactively solve problems and focus on results. Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be an integral part of our Workplace Department, working under the mentorship of our Directors & Senior Project Managers, managing multiple fit-out projects in the region. Your role includes working alongside our commercial & design teams, managing external consultants, contractors and client teams. You will be responsible for managing the pre- and post-contract phases of projects, leading meetings, owning the action tracker, managing information flow between the teams, managing everyone's timelines and deliverables, driving site progress & quality, overseeing contract administration, and all formal project reporting.RequirementsDegree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.5+ yrs of experience required, ideally at least 1 yr experience in a PMC firm.Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time.
