About the Job:We are in search of a proficient Project Manager with specialized expertise in villa fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of villa fit-out projects, ensuring impeccable design execution, adherence to timelines, and optimal stakeholder management. This pivotal role demands robust leadership capabilities, a keen understanding of villa fitout processes, and adeptness in navigating the unique challenges of the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:Fit-out Management: Oversee the comprehensive fit-out of villas, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements.Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage project finances, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.TimelineManagement: Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed within stipulated timeframes.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open communication lines with clients, suppliers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in all fitout activities.Team Leadership: Direct and guide the project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.Risk Mitigation: Identify potential challenges and proactively devise strategies to mitigate risks.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all fitout activities adhere to the UAE's building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to procure materials and services as per project requirements.Client Satisfaction: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring their vision and expectations are met or exceeded.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years' experience in villa fitout projects within the UAE.Demonstrated expertise in managing luxury villa fitout projects from inception to completion.Comprehensive understanding of UAE construction and fitout regulations.Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in project management tools/software specific to fitout projects.Strong problem-solving acumen and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Familiarity with sourcing high-quality materials and finishes relevant to luxury villa fitouts.PMP or equivalent certification will be advantageous.What We Offer:Competitive remuneration packageOpportunity to helm prestigious villa fitout projectsOngoing professional development opportunitiesComprehensive health and wellness benefits
