Project Manager – Healthcare Systems (Facets Expertise)Location: DMV candidates onlyEmployment Type: W2 Contract / Contract-to-HireOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in Facets (TriZetto) to lead healthcare technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering system enhancements that improve operational efficiency and member/provider experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Facets Implementation: Manage system upgrades, configuration, and integration projects within Facets.Stakeholder Management: Partner with business, IT, compliance, and vendor teams to define requirements and ensure alignment.Risk & Compliance: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to HIPAA and healthcare regulations.Reporting & Metrics: Track project progress, prepare executive dashboards, and present updates to leadership.Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices to optimize workflows and system performance.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare IT.Hands-on experience with Facets (TriZetto) modules (claims, billing, provider, member).Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing multi-million-dollar healthcare IT projects.Background in system migrations, SaaS/Cloud integrations, or API implementations.
