Job DescriptionWe're Hiring | Project Manager – Construction FieldAbu Alnaga Contracting is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead our building construction projects!Position: Project Manager Industry: High Rise Building Construction (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 12–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and mobilization through to completion and handoverDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plansLead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including site, technical, procurement, and planningServe as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersMonitor project progress and implement corrective actions to keep projects on trackEnsure all works comply with contract requirements, specifications, and quality standardsOversee risk management, change orders, and contractual claimsEnsure full HSE compliance across all project activitiesReview and approve progress reports, payment certificates, and project documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 12–15 years of experience in building construction project management (Mandatory)Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS ProjectExcellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsPMP certification is highly preferredIf you or someone you know meets the above criteria, we'd love to hear from you!
