The Project Manager’s role is to ensure that the project / project section is completed ontime and within budget with the project’s objectives having been met.The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Project Director / Senior ProjectManager in all aspects of the project’s life cycle, thus providing an overall managementsolution for all project processes and procedures.Qualifications and ExperienceTertiary qualification (University Graduate) in either Project Management, Buildingat least 12 or 15 years of relevant experience in project management role and in the construction industryProgressively increased responsibility over career durationRelevant projects of an appropriate scale (hotel/ hospitality) projectsUAE experience preferredActive membership of a relevant professional institution is an additional considerationKey ResponsibilitiesProvide a level of service that meets the expectations of Mirage and is regarded as being of a high standard within the project management professionIdentify areas for improvement in project delivery plans and implement action plans accordinglyManage a project / project section and drive the achievement of quality, programme and budget targetsAssist in the administration of the Construction ContractsManage Value Engineering workshopsConduct regular progress updates with the Planning ManagerProvide valuable input into the assessment and adjudication of Contractor Delay Claims.,Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
