قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجKey Responsibilities:Project Management & ExecutionLead and manage the overall delivery of the HVDC project in compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and international standards.Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets.Oversee the full project cycle, including planning, engineering, procurement, logistics, site installation, testing, and commissioning of HVDC systems.Ensure the integration of converter stations, substations, control & protection systems, and transmission lines.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Stakeholder & Client ManagementServe as the primary interface with clients SEC and consultants on all project matters.Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and OEMs.Conduct progress review meetings, ensuring transparent reporting and effective communication with stakeholders.Technical & Quality OversightReview and approve engineering deliverables, technical submittals, and method statements related to HVDC systems.Monitor project quality, ensuring compliance with IEC, IEEE, and client standards.Support and guide testing and commissioning activities for HVDC systems including bipole testing, control system integration, and energization procedures.Financial & Contractual ManagementControl project budget, cash flow, and resource allocation.Review claims, variations, and contractual correspondence.Ensure timely project invoicing and payments.Leadership & Team ManagementLead multidisciplinary project teams (engineering, construction, HSE, QA/QC, commissioning).Coach and mentor site engineers, package managers, and support staff.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.HSE & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Drive compliance with client-specific and regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Power Engineering (Master’s preferred).12–18 years of experience in power transmission projects, with at least 5–8 years in HVDC projects.Strong knowledge of HVDC systems including converter stations, valve halls, transformers, control & protection systems, and DC transmission lines.Proven track record of managing large EPC projects in the energy/power sector.Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, CIGRÉ) and client standards (SEC) Excellent project management, contractual, and leadership skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills in EnglishKey Competencies:Strategic project leadership.Deep technical expertise in HVDC systems.Strong stakeholder and contract management.Budget and schedule control.Risk management and problem-solving.Commitment to HSE and quality excellence.
