Then read on to find out more.The positionAs a Project Manager who thrives in complex, international IT environments, you are able to quickly understand IAM-related challenges and translate them into clear plans, actions, and measurable results. You will lead and coordinate multiple IAM transformation projects and ensure successful delivery across business and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading IAM transformation projects within a complex IT landscape.Coordinating multiple workstreams, teams, vendors, and stakeholders, both internally and externally.Defining and/or implementing project plans, including objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, KPIs, and timelines.Translating project objectives into actionable plans and tracking progress through Jira and Agile tooling.Providing leadership and direction in line with the SAFe methodology.Monitoring project and workstream progress, including risks, dependencies, issues, and required mitigations.Proactively identifying challenges and driving effective resolution and escalation where required.Ensuring transparent stakeholder communication through dashboards, reporting, stand-ups, and regular project governance.Working closely with the Global Transformation Management Office, IAM Platform Product Owners, application owners, technical teams, and other key stakeholders.Ensuring IAM solutions are aligned with defined architectural, security, compliance, and organisational standards.Driving continuous improvement of IAM processes, ways of working, and collaboration within the IAM Transformation Programme.Ensuring effective alignment between business, IT, security, and external suppliers.What You Bring to the PositionBachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent higher education level, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within IAM, cybersecurity, or complex IT transformation environments.Proven experience leading complex IT transformation projects or programmes.Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and processes, including: Single Sign-On (SSO), Access Governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Governance, Certificate Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM)Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is highly desirable.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, and Excel.Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in a matrix organisation.The ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent communication skills in English; English is a must-have.
