The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale roads and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex projects, including highways, bridges, tunnels, interchanges, earthworks, and utility networks. The role is responsible for overall project execution, commercial performance, stakeholder management, safety compliance, and on-time project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryLead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major roads and infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, tunnels, interchanges, earthworks, and utility networks.Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and performance targets, implementing corrective actions where necessary.Commercial & Contract ManagementOversee project financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, procurement, and profitability.Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions, managing risks, claims, variations, and contractual obligations.Drive value engineering and operational efficiency initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.Stakeholder & Authority ManagementAct as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, developers, and government authorities.Coordinate approvals, permits, NOCs, and project handovers with relevant UAE authorities.Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.Quality, Safety & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with HSE regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.Promote a strong safety culture and oversee the implementation of QA/QC procedures across all project phases.Maintain adherence to UAE regulations, contractual requirements, and industry best practices.Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.PMP Certification or equivalent professional project management qualification is highly preferred.Professional membership or chartership (ICE, ASCE, PMI, or equivalent) is advantageous.Experience15–20 years of experience in heavy civil engineering and infrastructure construction.Minimum 7–10 years of recent UAE experience with leading contracting companies.Proven track record as Lead Project Manager on infrastructure projects.Extensive experience in bridges, highways, tunnels, earthworks, deep utility networks, and complex infrastructure developments.Skills & CompetenciesStrong technical expertise in infrastructure construction methodologies and engineering practices.Comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, cost control, and commercial administration.Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.Exceptional leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, and crisis management capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English. Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.Valid UAE Driving License.
