Job Responsibilities

Manage the overall execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and related works.Develop and monitor project programmes, schedules, budgets, and resource requirementsCoordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.Review and approve project plans, technical submissions, method statements, and work programmesManage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and applicable UAE regulationsMonitor project costs, variations, claims, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial teamEnsure timely completion, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of the projectMaintain good relationships with clients, consultants, authorities Oversee the construction and installation of major infrastructure works, including:Roads and associated worksStormwater drainage networksSewerage networksWater supply networksUtility networksChilled water networksManholes and associated structuresTransmission and distribution networksInfrastructure diversions and tie-in worksDrainage WorkChilled Water ServicesLPGFirefighting worksWorks for DEWA -Water divisionWorks for DEWA -Electricity divisionWorks for telecom

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure construction, with proven experience in a Project Manager role. Strong experience in roads and infrastructure/utilities projects.Experience in sewerage, stormwater, drainage, water supply, and utility networks is preferred UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.Knowledge of relevant UAE authority requirements and approvals is an advantage.Candidates with strong infrastructure experience rather than building/construction only experience should be prioritised.
