Location: Dubai, UAE (Client Site)Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 17,000 / monthBenefits: Work visa, air tickets, medical insurance, gratuity, paid time offExperience: 5–8 years of relevant experienceReference: FZ-AE-514Cinergie Digital is hiring a Project Manager (Innovation & Emerging Technology) to own end-to-end delivery of a proof-of-concept (POC) pipeline for AI and emerging-technology initiatives within a large enterprise IT function. The role runs the full cycle: intake and prioritisation, sprint-based execution, vendor coordination, stakeholder demos, and graduating successful POCs into funded production programmes, with direct accountability for fund utilisation and KPI reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn intake, qualification and prioritisation of POC requests across business and IT.Run sprint cadences for POC execution alongside architecture and engineering teams.Coordinate vendors and partners on POCs: scope, commercials, access and deliverables.Prepare and run stakeholder demos and quarterly reviews with clear go/no-go recommendations.Manage graduation of successful POCs into business-funded implementation through a formal business-case and stage-gate process, with clean handover to delivery teams.Track fund utilisation and report KPIs: throughput, graduation rate and cost per POC.Maintain delivery governance: RAID logs, decision records, dependencies and reporting.Required Technical SkillsAgile/Scrum delivery management for short-cycle, experimental work with moving scope.Stakeholder management across business and IT, including executive demos and reviews.Vendor and partner coordination: scoping, onboarding, commercials and performance.POC-to-production handover experience through a stage-gate or formal business-case process.Exposure to AI/ML or emerging-technology programmes (e.g. generative AI, automation, data platforms), enough to challenge scope, feasibility and vendor claims.Governance and reporting: budget tracking, KPI dashboards and quarterly reporting.Candidate Profile5–8 years in project or technical programme management, with part of it on innovation, R&D or emerging-technology portfolios rather than pure BAU delivery.Comfortable with ambiguity and fast kill/scale decisions; treats POCs as experiments with defined success criteria, not projects to finish at any cost.Strong communicator: executive briefings, demos and decision-ready reporting.PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification an advantage; degree in a technical discipline.
