Position Title: Project Manager – Interior Design, Fit Out & MEPEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A market leading Real Estate agency in Dubai Job Description:Support the SPRM in developing project scopes, execution plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and resource requirements.Coordinate with Consultant and Contractor for the development and implementation of interior-design and fit-out packages.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life-safety, HVAC, ELV, lighting, and building-services requirements across assigned projects.Review bills of quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, material schedules, quotations, and contractor submissions.

Qualifications
