Project Manager - Interior Design - Residential & Villas

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end residential villa interior design and execution projects from concept through final handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, quality, client communication, and site operations while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage multiple luxury residential villa interior design and fit-out projects simultaneously.Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and timeline.Coordinate project activities from design approval to final handover.Design & Technical CoordinationCoordinate with interior designers, architects, MEP consultants, structural consultants, and contractors.Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.Ensure design intent is maintained during execution.Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.Site ManagementSupervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project schedules.Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and UAE regulations.Ensure compliance with local authority and safety standards.Requirements5+ years UAE experience in residential/villa interior design.Strong knowledge of interior site execution.Ability to read drawings and manage multiple stakeholders.UAE Driving License Must.
