PROJECT MANAGER | INTERIOR FIT-OUT

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Employment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of interior fit-out projects.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing high-end interior fit-out projects, with proven expertise in project planning, site execution, subcontractor coordination, cost control, client management, quality, HSE, and project handover.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and deliver interior fit-out projects from initiation through completion and handover.Review project scope, drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and client expectations.Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, and deliverables.Lead day-to-day project execution and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments.Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower, material requirements, and resource allocation.Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, production, MEP, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, variations, progress claims, and subcontractor/supplier payments.Review and manage variations, commercial issues, and contractual requirements.Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.Implement and monitor HSE requirements and ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations and company standards.Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical, quality, coordination, and execution issues.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports.Manage RFIs, submittals, approvals, drawings, documentation, risk registers, and change management.Lead project close-out, snagging, testing & commissioning, handover documentation, warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with substantial experience in the UAE.Proven experience managing interior fit-out / design & build projects from start to finish.Strong knowledge of fit-out construction, joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, and site execution.Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost-control, and reporting skills.Experience coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and MS Office.Strong knowledge of project documentation, RFIs, submittals, variations, progress claims, and handover procedures.Good understanding of UAE construction, quality, and HSE requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects under tight deadlines.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can independently take ownership of projects, lead teams, manage stakeholders, control costs, and drive projects through to successful completion.Only candidates with relevant interior fit-out / construction project management experience will be considered.
