Project Manager / Operations Manager (Interior Fit-Out)Position Title: Project Manager / Operations Manager (Interior Works)Reports To: Senior ManagementRole OverviewLead end-to-end project execution, manage site operations across multiple locations, and oversee budgets, timelines, and quality standards for interior fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities * Project Delivery: Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and daily site operations from start to client handover. * Financial & Cost Control: Monitor budgets, manage subcontractor contracts, and optimize project profitability. * Quality & Safety: Ensure work aligns with design drawings, building codes, and strict safety guidelines. * Team & Vendor Management: Direct site supervisors, contractors, and labor teams to keep workflows efficient. * Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients and designers, delivering regular progress updates.Requirements * 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in interior fit-out or construction. * Strong budgeting, contract negotiation, and resource management skills. * Ability to read complex architectural and interior design drawings. * Excellent leadership and communication skills.What is Included - salary + visaWhat is NOT PROVIDED- accomodation & foodWorkplace - Reputed Interior Design FirmLocation- UAE Site location- as per project -client location within UAE -Dubai vicinity.
