Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out (Villas, Townhouses & Mansions)

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and leadership-driven Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to join INFYA Fit Out in Dubai.This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential fit-out projects – villas, townhouses, and mansions – ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with approved designs, quality standards, and client expectations.The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background with full life-cycle fit-out project experience, is fluent in both Arabic and English, and is able to manage stakeholders, contractors, and consultants while ensuring smooth delivery from concept through final handover.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & Delivery• Lead and manage residential fit-out projects from project award through completion and handover• Oversee project timelines, budgets, procurement schedules, and resource planning• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards• Coordinate all project phases including design development, technical documentation, site execution, and final deliveryClient & Stakeholder Management• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide project updates to clients and senior management• Maintain client requirements and communication to ensure continued flow of projects to the companyDesign & Technical Coordination• Work closely with design teams, engineers, and consultants to translate design concepts into technical and construction-ready packages• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation• Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and project specificationsTendering & Procurement• Manage tendering processes including BOQs, technical submissions, RFP responses, and contractor evaluations• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials and subcontractors• Evaluate contractor proposals and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelinesSite & Construction Management• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety compliance• Proactively identify and flag future issues early so they can be resolved before they affect deliveryQuality Assurance & Compliance• Ensure fit-out works meet approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications• Conduct quality audits throughout the project life cycle• Maintain compliance with local building codes, authority regulations, and safety requirements• Oversee snagging processes and ensure timely rectification before project handoverProject Documentation & Reporting• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, approvals, drawings, and correspondence• Provide regular project progress reports to senior managementBusiness Development Support• Support business development initiatives with technical input for proposals and project presentations• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners to encourage repeat businessQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or a related field)• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent – an advantageExperience• 7–10 years of project management experience covering the full fit-out project life cycle• Proven experience managing high-end residential fit-out projects (villas, townhouses, mansions)• Strong experience working with contractors, consultants, and developersSkills & Competencies• Fluent Arabic and fluent English – both mandatory• Strong leadership and project management capabilities• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills• Strong understanding of fit-out construction processes and site execution• Ability to identify potential issues early and resolve them proactively• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools
