Position: Project Manager - Sports Touring Programme

Location: Saudi Arabia Duration: Oct 2026 - Feb 2027We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a international sports touring programme across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.

The role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinating venues, suppliers, agencies, logistics partners and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the programme.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end planning and delivery of a multi-location sports touring programme.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones and delivery trackers.Coordinate venues, suppliers, agencies, local stakeholders and operational partners.Manage logistics, transportation, installation, branding and event production requirements.Oversee on-site delivery and ensure consistent standards across multiple locations.Coordinate VIP, media, stakeholder and fan engagement requirements.Manage risk, permits, H&S, contingency planning and operational issues.Monitor supplier and contractor performance against agreed scope, timelines and budgets.Lead project meetings, reporting and stakeholder communications.Ensure smooth transition from planning and preparation through live delivery and close-out.Ideal Profile8–12+ years' experience in project management and/or live event delivery.Proven experience delivering touring events, roadshows, sports activations, brand activations or multi-city programmes.Strong experience in logistics, operational planning and on-site event delivery.Experience managing multiple locations, suppliers and stakeholders simultaneously.Experience within international sporting events, major events or entertainment programmes is highly desirable.Saudi/GCC experience is highly desirable.Strong stakeholder management, organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-profile international event environment.
