This role involves balancing scope, time, budget, and quality to deliver successful project outcomes. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:Project Scope ManagementCoordinate slightly complex projects with medium or low risks, ensuring all necessary work is included and managing project teams effectivelySchedule ManagementApply and adjust standardized schedules, maintaining control over major milestones (e.g., execution specifications, FAT, SAT, PAC, FAC).Budget ManagementMaintain project forecasts, anticipate cost implications, and establish effective claim management processesCollaborate with purchasing and engineering functions to select suppliers and manage them proactively.Risk ManagementConduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and response planning to optimize project successQuality and Stakeholder ManagementEnsure the project meets organizational quality policies and stakeholder requirementsIdentify, analyze, and engage stakeholders to align expectationsProcurement and Supplier ManagementManage procurement processes to acquire necessary products and services, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Skills and Experience RequiredEducational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Software Engineering (or equivalent)Formal internal project management qualification preferred.Professional Experience10-15 years in project management, with technical expertise in material handling systems and Intralogistics industryProven track record of completing at least 5 projects successfullyKey CompetenciesExpertise in project integration, resource allocation, and cost managementStrong skills in risk management, schedule planning, and quality assuranceExceptional communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilitiesAdditional CapabilitiesFamiliarity with intralogistics concepts, customer business processes, and industry trendsProficiency in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolutionOther RequirementsWillingness to travel (up to 50%).Proficiency in spoken and written local language.
