Project Manager – IT Solutions Delivery

Solutions are designed to comply with regional standards, including IMDA cybersecurity requirements, and are customized for diverse markets across Asia and globally.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys making things happen and takes pride in delivering projects well.You will manage customer-facing IT projects from kick-off through implementation, UAT and closure, working closely with customers, engineers, partners and internal stakeholders.This role suits someone who is organised, detail-oriented and proactive, but also curious and willing to learn. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should be comfortable learning new technologies quickly, asking the right questions and taking ownership of getting projects across the finish line.You will also be encouraged to use AI and modern productivity tools to work smarter, whether for project planning, meeting summaries, documentation, research, risk tracking or improving delivery processes.Hands-on. Own project scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions and customer acceptance across multiple projects. Keep everyone clear on what needs to happen next and escalate issues early.Keep the details under control. Maintain accurate project plans, trackers, meeting minutes, action items, documentation and status updates. Follow through until actions are closed rather than assuming someone else will take care of them.Communicate clearly. Be the coordination point between customers, engineering, partners and internal stakeholders. Run project meetings, provide concise updates and communicate issues clearly in both writing and conversation.Manage scope and expectations. Understand the SOW, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Identify changes or risks early and make sure expectations remain aligned throughout the project.Learn the technology. Develop a working understanding of our monitoring, observability, IT management and data centre solutions so that you can confidently coordinate technical projects and customer discussions.Use AI effectively. Explore and apply AI tools to improve project delivery, documentation, analysis and productivity. We value people who are curious about AI, learn quickly and know how to verify and improve AI-generated work rather than simply accepting the output.Continuously improve. Help us make project delivery better by improving templates, processes, documentation, reporting and ways of working.Your first six months·   Take ownership of customer-facing IT delivery projects and establish a clear project cadence from kick-off to UAT and closure.·   Learn NetGain’s products, customer environments and delivery approach by working closely with the engineering and management teams.·   Own project documentation, schedules, risk and issue tracking, meeting actions and customer status reporting.·   Support and improve repeatable delivery practices, including project plans, SOW handover, acceptance criteria, UAT tracking and project closure.·   Start applying AI and productivity tools in practical ways that improve the speed and quality of project work.You will not be thrown in alone. Expect to shadow before you own, with support from management and engineering while you learn the accounts and solutions.What we are looking forRequired·   3–5 years of project management or project delivery experience, preferably within IT software, infrastructure, systems integration, cloud, managed services or a related technology environment.·   Experience coordinating customer-facing projects from kick-off through implementation, UAT and completion.·   Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail — you keep track of actions, deadlines, dependencies and follow-ups.·   Strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable communicating with customers, engineers and management.·   A proactive, hands-on mindset. You spot problems early, follow through and are comfortable taking ownership.·   Able to manage multiple projects and priorities without losing sight of the details.·   Comfortable using AI tools and eager to learn new AI capabilities quickly. You should be interested in using AI practically to improve the way you work.·   Able and willing to learn technical concepts relating to enterprise software, networks, servers, cloud, monitoring and IT infrastructure.·   Based in Singapore, with the existing right to work here. We are not sponsoring Employment Passes for this role.·   Willing to travel occasionally within APAC.Advantageous·   Experience with observability, monitoring, APM, NMS, ITSM or infrastructure management solutions.·   Exposure to tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds, Zabbix, ServiceNow or similar.·   Experience working with system integrators, channel partners or distributors.·   Experience managing regional or APAC customers.·   PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project-management certification, though we care more about what you have delivered.·   Experience using AI tools for project management, documentation, research, automation or productivity.·   Bahasa Indonesia or Malay, or working experience in Indonesia or Malaysia.Who this suitsThis role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys project delivery — keeping things organised, solving problems, working with different people and seeing a project move from plan to completion.You may already be a Project Manager, Associate Project Manager or Project Coordinator who has progressed into owning projects and is looking for greater responsibility.You are naturally curious about technology and AI, learn quickly and are not afraid to try better ways of working.
