Project Manager (Korean-speaking)

LOCATION: HCM/HNJOB DESCRIPTIONGEM Corp is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Korean-speaking) to lead our IT outsourcing projects for Korean clients, particularly a key project involving pest control and environmental hygiene solutionsManage end-to-end software development projects for Korean clients, ensuring delivery quality, scope, timeline and budget.Lead project planning, resource allocation, risk management and delivery operations.Coordinate with Development, QA, BA and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Act as the primary point of contact for Korean clients, managing meetings, reporting, expectations and issue resolution.Participate in presales activities, including requirement clarification, effort and cost estimation, proposal preparation and delivery planning.Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to strengthen client relationships, expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and project operations.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT outsourcing.Proven experience managing projects for international clients, preferably Korean clients.Proficient in Korean, with strong communication and client-facing skills.Strong project management, stakeholder management, resource planning and risk management capabilities.Proactive mindset, strong ownership and business-oriented thinking.Preferred QualificationsExperience in presales, solution consulting or technical discussions.Software development or technical background.Experience working onsite with international clients.PMP certification.BENEFITSSalary Up to 60M gross – Open to negotiation. 100% salary during probation and 13th-month salary.Performance reviews twice a year and project bonuses.Bonuses for special occasions and holidays.IT certification and training support.Healthcare insurance and statutory insurance.Company trips, monthly and quarterly team-building activities.Five-day workweek with flexible check-in.Professional, collaborative and dynamic working environment.
