Project Manager - Landscape Maintenance

Oasis Hills is looking for an energetic project manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.  Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the landscape maintenance team, ensuring daily operations meet the highest standards.Oversee turf management programs, including mowing, irrigation, aeration, and pest/disease control.Maintenance of turf care equipment.Conduct soil analysis and implement plant nutrition programs.Plan and schedule seasonal landscape maintenance activities.Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to.Liaise with management and Clients to achieve aesthetic and functional landscape goals.Set project timelineMonitor project deliverablesUpdate relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressCoach and support project team members with tasks you assign themQualifications & Experience:Degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, or related field (required).Proven experience in turf management and operation of turf equipment.Strong knowledge of plant nutrition and soil analysis.Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape or turf maintenance.Experience working on golf courses, sports pitches, and 5-star hotels will be highly preferred.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
