We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and technically capable Project Manager, Lifestyle to work closely with the General Manager, Lifestyle across our Fashion, Beauty, Watches, and Eyewear businesses.This is not a traditional project management role. You will act as the GM's single point of ownership for high-priority initiatives that need to be driven, built, analysed, or automated across the Lifestyle business.The role requires someone who is equally comfortable building a financial model, writing a product specification, managing a cross-functional project, analysing performance data, presenting a recommendation to senior leadership, or building an AI-powered prototype themselves.Own and drive the GM’s priority projects across Fashion, Beauty, Watches, and Eyewear from planning through execution.Manage strategic initiatives including store-to-door, retail, cross-border, and major brand/distributor partnerships.Build project plans with clear owners, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Develop business cases, financial models, and analysis to support key decisions.Translate business needs into product requirements and work with Product and Technology teams on delivery.Build AI-powered prototypes, scripts, agents, dashboards, and automations using tools such as Python and SQL.Own and prioritise the Lifestyle AI and automation backlog alongside the dedicated engineer.Manage and align stakeholders across Commercial, Technology, Operations, Finance, and category teams.Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and proactively drive them to resolution.Track project performance and provide clear updates and recommendations to the GM and senior leadership.What you'll need:An Engineering degree combined with an MBA, or an equivalent academic and professional background.Approximately 3–7 years of experience within management consulting, e-commerce/marketplaces, strategy, operations, product, or another highly analytical and execution-focused environment.Demonstrated experience taking complex, cross-functional projects from idea through to implementation.Experience influencing and driving stakeholders without formal reporting authority.Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to independently build business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities.Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python, with enough technical capability to build solutions independently using modern AI tools.Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and/or agent frameworks.Strong product understanding, including the ability to write a clear product specification, define requirements, prioritise features, and interpret customer or operational funnels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into concise recommendations.Confidence presenting recommendations, business cases, and project updates directly to GM and senior leadership level.A strong bias towards action and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
