The organization focuses on creating engaging visitor experiences through innovative event planning and operational excellence.Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of large-scale live events or festivals in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in planning shared spaces, circulation routes, dwell areas, and queueing systems to ensure efficient visitor movement, operational effectiveness, and a seamless experience.This role requires proven experience across multiple live event seasons, strong stakeholder coordination capabilities, and the ability to manage complex event environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and coordination of shared spaces, pedestrian circulation, dwell areas, and queueing systems for large-scale live events and festivals.Develop and implement effective crowd movement and space utilization plans to support safe and efficient event operations.Coordinate with event organizers, venue teams, operational stakeholders, and relevant contractors.Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution.Identify potential operational challenges related to visitor flow and develop practical solutions.Support event readiness assessments, operational planning, and on-site implementation.Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with event requirements, operational standards, and stakeholder expectations.RequirementsEducation / QualificationBachelor's degree in Project Management, Event Management, Operations Management, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management within large-scale live events, festivals, or similar environments.Proven experience working across at least 2 live event seasons or cycles.Demonstrated expertise in planning shared spaces, circulation routes, dwell areas, and queueing systems.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in complex event environments.Skills & AttributesStrong project planning, organization, and execution skills.Excellent understanding of visitor flow, spatial planning, and event operations.Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.Fluency in English is highly preferred.
