Project Manager - Luxury Villa Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Project Manager (Minimum 5 years in site manager role) to join our clients team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.Job Title: Project Manager (5+ years of civil construction site experience and Villa experience is a must)Location: DubaiWork Type: Permanent, Full TimeQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).5–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer/Project Engineer in building construction projects (Villa experience is a must).Proven experience handling Variations, Claims, and EOT documentation.Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and methods.Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.Proficient in MS Office and site management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project preferred).Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities to ensure work is carried out as per design, specifications, and project schedule.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project standards.Prepare and maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.Identify, document, and support the preparation of Variation Orders, Claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
