Senior Project Manager – IBM Maximo Enterprise Solutions (Utilities & Power)Position Overview:We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Project Manager with 13+ years of extensive experience in leading end-to-end enterprise implementations of IBM Maximo Asset Management and IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, power generation, transmission and distribution company, this critical leadership role will serve as the principal advisor and delivery lead for major utility transformation initiatives. You will act as the core bridge between senior business stakeholders, executive leadership, engineering delivery teams, and third-party implementation vendors. You will be responsible for defining technical strategy, authoring comprehensive Business Process Designs (BPD), and ensuring the flawless delivery of asset management solutions. This role demands deep domain mastery within the Utility Industry, specifically across Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution sectors.Key Responsibilities🛠️ Asset Management & Technical Delivery ExpertiseServe as the principal Asset Management Expert, steering the design, configuration, and structural maturity of large-scale enterprise asset frameworks for national infrastructure.Act as a subject matter expert in Asset Performance Management (APM) and Data Quality Frameworks, establishing strict data governance, asset registry cleansing, and verification pipelines across legacy and modern platforms to support predictive modeling.Leverage operational knowledge of IBM MAS Health and Predict modules to design advanced predictive maintenance strategies, asset health scoring matrices, data telemetry integrations, and remaining-useful-life algorithms.Provide robust technical expertise in end-to-end delivery, managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from foundational requirement blueprints through environment provisioning, testing, integrations, and zero-interruption cutovers.Utility Industry Process & Design BlueprintingApply a deep, practical understanding of utility industry process design standards (including regulatory mandates, compliance guidelines, safety protocols, and operational workflows unique to the Power Sector).Analyze legacy operational structures to author and develop highly detailed Business Process Designs (BPD) and functional solution blueprints that align asset management processes with international utility best practices.Ensure all technical and functional process designs conform to localized utility frameworks and regional energy sector regulatory bodies. Champion high-level Stakeholder Management, communicating architectural visions, project health milestones, and change-management roadmaps clearly to C-suite executives, government bodies, technical leads, and external engineering partners Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in IT/OT project delivery, with a heavy emphasis on directing enterprise IBM Maximo / IBM MAS implementations.Industry Vertical: Proven track record of successful deployment rollouts within the Utility Industry, with an explicit, demonstrable focus on the Power Sector (Generation, Substation Operations, Grid Distribution).Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of the IBM Maximo ecosystem, specifically including APM capabilities, Maximo Health, and Maximo Predict.Functional Prowess: Deep background in business process engineering, data quality metrics, and writing production-grade Business Process Design documents.Leadership Profile: Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and multi-vendor coordination skills, with comfort presenting directly to enterprise steering committees.
