Project Manager - MEP

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - MEP to join one of our reputed clients in the UAE on anoutsourced basis. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating MEP projects, ensuring smoothproject execution, timely completion, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications and safetyrequirements.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and coordinate MEP projects from commencement through completionSupervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP project activities at siteCoordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teamsEnsure project works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirementsMonitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned worksReview and coordinate MEP drawings, layouts, and technical documentsCoordinate HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP-related works as applicable to the projectEnsure proper coordination between different MEP disciplines and other site activitiesMonitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources required for project executionIdentify and resolve technical, coordination, and site-related issues affecting project progressConduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and compliance with project requirementsEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with approved project schedules and timelinesMonitor project costs and assist in maintaining project activities within the approved budgetPrepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, and relevant documentationEnsure compliance with company procedures, project standards, and UAE health and safety requirementsAttend project meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding project progress and pending issuesCoordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities as requiredFor projects involving HVAC works, ensure proper coordination and execution of HVAC installation and related MEP activitiesRequirementsBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related technical field.Additional qualifications or certifications in MEP Project Management will be an added advantageExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in MEP project managementExperience in managing and coordinating MEP projects is mandatoryExperience in HVAC projects / HVAC installation works will be an added advantageProficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and understand MEP drawings is requiredCandidates with strong experience in site coordination, project execution, and team management will be preferredAdditional RequirementsUAE experience is mandatoryImmediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferredStrong project management, leadership, coordination, and communication skillsBenefitsCompany Car - Provided by the companyOther Benefits - All other provisions applicable as per MOHRE regulations
