Own Results.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – MEP with a strong Mechanical Engineering background to lead the successful delivery of major MEP projects in the UAE.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong project leader with proven experience managing MEP construction, project execution, teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead MEP projects from mobilization through completion and handoverManage project scope, programme, budget, quality, and resourcesOversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and associated MEP worksCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholdersLead project teams and ensure effective site executionMonitor project progress, costs, procurement, and subcontractor performanceEnsure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, HSE requirements, and UAE standardsIdentify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesDrive timely completion, quality delivery, and client satisfactionRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical EngineeringProven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – MEPStrong background in MEP contracting and project executionSolid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systemsExperience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholdersStrong commercial, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skillsUAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred
