Project Manager – Mixed-Use Development

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of a PIF mixed use project in Riyadh, overseeing the project from planning through completion. They will coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams while ensuring compliance with the approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of a major mixed use project in RiyadhDevelop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and key milestonesCoordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholdersMonitor project progress, risks, costs, quality, and contractual obligationsPresent progress reports and project updates to senior managementResolve delivery issues and support timely project completionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 13 years of experience in project delivery, including mixed use developmentsExperience working on PIF or similar large scale projects is preferredExperience with project management consultants or real estate developers is preferredStrong project planning, stakeholder management, and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
