A top-tier team supports organizations seeking precise, reliable multimedia and AV solutions and ongoing service excellence.Role Description The Project Manager – Multimedia / AV Projects is a full-time, on-site role located in Caesarea. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multimedia and audio-visual integration projects from initiation through completion. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams, and overseeing installation and commissioning activities to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements. The role involves preparing project documentation, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The Project Manager will also support pre-sales activities, contribute to solution design, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams, and convey technical information clearly.Demonstrated project management skills, such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.Hands-on experience in multimedia and audio-visual technologies, including integration of AV systems, hardware, and software in commercial environments.Relevant academic background in engineering, audiovisual technologies, information systems, or a related field is preferred.Experience in the commercial or enterprise AV sector, with familiarity in working with global vendors and manufacturers, is an advantage.Proven ability to work on-site, manage technical teams, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering projects on time and within scope.
