Project Manager – Oman

Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering fit-out projects while ensuring compliance with project requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves leading project teams, managing client relationships, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and overseeing all project phases from initiation to handover. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and fit-out projects.Proven experience in project management and team leadership.PMP, PMI certification, or a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.Strong understanding of project delivery processes and construction management practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion.Supervise project teams and ensure effective resource allocation.Prepare and maintain project reports and progress updates.Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor project budgets and implement cost-control measures.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project specifications.Manage project documentation, records, and reporting requirements.Lead project handover, closeout activities, and final client approvals. Skills Team ManagementProject ReportingClient Relationship ManagementBudgeting & Cost ControlScheduling & Time ManagementSite Management & SupervisionContractor & Vendor CoordinationQuality Assurance & ComplianceDocumentation & ReportingProject Handover & Closeout
