Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Pest Control Project Manager with a background in Entomology to manage pest control operations, ensure effective service delivery, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across facility management sites.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily pest control operations and ensure services are delivered according to project requirements.Conduct pest inspections, identify infestations, and implement effective pest management solutions.Supervise pest control technicians and ensure proper use of chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).Prepare service schedules, inspection reports, and treatment records.Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and pest control regulations.Coordinate with clients and site teams to address pest-related complaints and service requests.Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions to maintain agreed service standards.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Entomology or a related field.2–4 years of experience in pest control operations, preferably within facility management.Strong knowledge of pest identification, infestation control, and integrated pest management (IPM).Fluent in English, with strong communication and reporting skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong organisational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
