Team members benefit from working in a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional development and involvement in complex, high-impact projects.Role Description The Project Manager (PMP certified, consulting and approved OSHA trainer) will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met for projects based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders and client communications, and leading cross-functional teams to execute project plans. The Project Manager will monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, manage procurement and expediting activities, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing inspection reports, coordinating logistics, preparing status updates and documentation, and providing consulting support to optimize project performance and safety practices.Qualifications Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management.Experience as an Expeditor, with proficiency in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Knowledge of Inspection processes, quality control procedures, and compliance with relevant standards.Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, documentation, and vendor communication.Active PMP certification and demonstrated experience in consulting engagements.Approved OSHA trainer status, with comprehensive understanding of occupational safety and health regulations.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or additional certifications are a plus.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
