The RoleThis isn't a classic project management, account, or production role. The role can be shaped depending on the hire and experience, because we believe most skills can be learned. What matters is your mindset. As Project Manager / Producer / Account manager, you help creative ideas move from concept to reality. You'll work closely with the founding team, creatives, and clients — functioning as a right hand to the founders. From organizing timelines to polishing decks to producing video shoots, you make sure creativity can flow without friction.What You'll DoBe the first point of contact for our clients, spot business opportunities, and make sure they fall in love with how we work together as one team.Manage and produce creative projects from briefing to delivery.Keep creative teams focused by keeping timelines, deliverables, and priorities clear.Act as a friendly but firm link between creatives, strategy, freelancers, clients, and the founding team.Build clear, well-designed decks that help sell creative ideas internally and externally.Lead social-first productions as well as larger ATL shoots and brand activations.Spot potential challenges early and turn them into solutions.Support the founding team as a trusted right hand in day-to-day agency life.Who You Are2–5 years of experience in project management, at an agency, or in a creative-related role.An entrepreneurial, commercial, hands-on spirit. You love the scrappy can-do attitude of a start-up. Experience in (film) production, OR the drive to learn it fast. You understand marketing fundamentals: campaign objectives, KPIs, and what it takes to actually hit them.Organized and proactive, with a knack for bringing structure to creative chaos.A clear, positive, confident communicator.Above-average affinity with advertising, social media, creators, and creative culture.You believe mindset beats experience, and you're excited to learn and grow fast.Professional level of the Dutch language.
