This role offers the opportunity to lead complex technology transfer initiatives within a highly collaborative and international environment.Your new roleAs Project Manager III - Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Small Molecule technology transfer projects across multiple manufacturing sites. Acting as a key link between global stakeholders, manufacturing operations, and technical teams, you will ensure transfers are completed successfully, on time, and in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and managing multiple site-to-site technology transfer projects from execution through completion.Coordinating product and process transfers between manufacturing sites and external partners.Monitoring project timelines, deliverables, risks, budgets, and milestones through established governance processes.Collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Technical Operations, and other cross-functional teams.Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across manufacturing sites and global functions.Facilitating project meetings, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment on objectives and priorities.Supporting regulatory submissions, validation activities, qualification protocols, and transfer documentation.Providing guidance, coaching, and support to local transfer leads and project teams.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technology transfer methodologies and best practices.Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, company standards, and regulatory expectations throughout all project phases.This position requires approximately 75% on-site presence in Boxmeer and occasional travel within Europe (10-20%), primarily to manufacturing sites in Germany and France.What you’ll need to succeedA Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or another relevant scientific or technical discipline.A minimum of 10 years of experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical operations, product development, or technology transfer environments.Proven experience managing complex product or technology transfer projects across multiple stakeholders and locations.Strong project management capabilities, including planning, risk management, governance, and execution.Experience working within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments.Knowledge of qualification, process validation, change control, deviation management, and technical documentation.Experience with Small Molecule pharmaceutical products such as liquids, ointments, creams, sterile injectables, sterile pastes, or powder filling processes.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and Teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch language a plus.
