Project Manager (Project PM) – English & Chinese Fluent Required

The Project PM owns end-to-end execution of development programs from concept through mass production phase-in. This role drives schedule adherence, manages engineering change notices (ECN), controls project-level budgets and investments, and coordinates cross-functional handoffs into manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Project Development & Schedule Management: Build, maintain, and drive the master project timeline. Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and enforce on-time gate reviews from NPI to launch. Engineering Change Control (ECN): Lead the project ECN process, evaluating scope impacts, coordinating approvals across engineering and operations, and ensuring smooth change implementation. Project Cost & Investment Tracking: Monitor project-level spend, tooling/NRE investments, and BOM cost targets to maintain budget compliance and project profitability. Production Phase-In: Facilitate seamless transfer from prototype development into high-volume manufacturing, ensuring operational readiness, line qualification, and target yield stability. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Technical, Operation, and Commercial PMs to resolve risks and maintain cross-department accountability.Key Qualifications 3-5+ years of project management experience in electronics, hardware manufacturing, or thermal/cooling systems. Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication and stakeholder alignment across global teams. Proven track record managing NPI lifecycles, ECN workflows, and project budgets. Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills. PMP certification is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or technical fields is a strong plus.
